4 people were staying, but they only gave me 2 towels and didn't answer the phone. I had to go down and wait to get more towels.
There was also a problem with the toilet, but it was not repaired, so it was very uncomfortable.

The bar man named Kelvin in lobby bar, he did double charge our bill , he asked us that he need to keep our visa card for deposit with no charge ,we paid for cash that night and also we found that he also charged our visa card when we reached home and we called the hotel to solve this problem ,even we asked Trip centre to help but omg no body can solve it ! okay for donation ！

The location was very nice. But they didn't seem to have enough staff. We had to wait more than 20 minutes to leave our luggage.

One of the bedsheets is very dirty, full of black stuff and hairs, obviously not cleaned or changed after the previous guest. Good thing is there are fridge and microwave in the room. Lobby is at second level.
